Senior Capstone
Students learn longterm storytelling
The RIT senior capstone project teaches students to research, develop and execute an in depth investigation into a story that is compelling and relative to the world they live in. Students begin to develop and propose their ideas to a committee of faculty members and experts in their area of interest in the first semester of their senior year.
The committee and coursework guide them to create a plan of work that they realize during the summer and fall of their senior year. The projects are supervised by their committee and in the classroom and are presented to their peers and the community during a final exhibition.
